At Adrenalin Audio, we stand behind the quality of our workmanship and the products we install. Please review the following warranty terms carefully.

Product Warranties

All products sold by Adrenalin Audio are covered solely by the original manufacturer's warranty. Warranty coverage, duration, terms, and conditions vary by manufacturer and product.

Adrenalin Audio does not provide any additional warranty on products beyond those offered by the manufacturer unless otherwise stated in writing.

For product warranty claims:

Proof of purchase is required.
Warranty eligibility is subject to the manufacturer's policies and approval process.
Customers may be required to return products for inspection, testing, or processing through the manufacturer.
Shipping, handling, removal, and reinstallation costs may not be covered under the manufacturer's warranty.

Lifetime Workmanship Warranty

Adrenalin Audio provides a Lifetime Workmanship Warranty on labor services performed by our technicians.

This warranty covers defects resulting directly from our installation workmanship for as long as the original purchaser owns the vehicle in which the installation was performed.

The Lifetime Workmanship Warranty applies only to:

Installation-related issues resulting from workmanship defects.
Original installations performed by Adrenalin Audio.
The original customer who purchased the installation service.

This warranty does not cover:

Manufacturer defects or product failures.
Normal wear and tear.
Damage caused by accidents, misuse, abuse, neglect, theft, vandalism, fire, flood, corrosion, or other environmental factors.
Modifications, repairs, or alterations performed by anyone other than Adrenalin Audio.
Vehicles sold or transferred to a new owner.
Removal and reinstallation costs related to manufacturer warranty claims unless otherwise required by law.

Warranty Claim Procedure

If you believe you have a warranty issue, please contact Adrenalin Audio as soon as possible.

To process a warranty claim, we may require:

Original proof of purchase.
Vehicle information.
A description of the issue.
Inspection of the vehicle or product by our technicians.

Warranty work must be authorized by Adrenalin Audio before any repairs are performed.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Adrenalin Audio's liability is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product as authorized by the manufacturer, or the correction of installation workmanship defects covered under our Lifetime Workmanship Warranty.

Adrenalin Audio shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of vehicle use, loss of income, towing charges, or other related expenses.
